A dominoes game for 2 to 8 players. Every double starts a "chicken foot" of three tiles that has to be finished before anyone plays anywhere else.
Setup
- Each round starts with a double in the middle. The first round uses the highest double in the set, and each round after goes down by one, ending with the double blank.
- Each player draws a hand of tiles, usually 7 with a double-9 set. With a bigger set and fewer players, draw more. The rest are the boneyard.
Starting a round
Players take turns playing a matching tile on the starting double until all four sides are filled. If you can't play, draw one tile and play it if you can, or pass.
The chicken foot
When anyone plays a double, it's a chicken foot. The next three tiles played must match that double and go on its far end, one straight out and two angled, like the toes of a foot. No other tiles can be played until all three toes are down.
Your turn
Play one tile on any open end. If you can't, draw one tile and play it if it fits. When the boneyard is empty, pass if you can't play.
End of a round
The round ends when someone plays their last tile, or when no one can play.
Scoring
| Going out | 0 |
