Deal & Tally's five-dice scorecard works for Yahtzee-style dice games and the older public-domain game Yacht. You need five dice and 13 turns each.
Your turn
- Roll all five dice. You can reroll any of them, keeping the rest, up to two more times.
- After your last roll, you must fill one empty box on your scorecard. If your dice don't fit any box you want, put a 0 in one.
Upper section
| Ones through Sixes | total of dice showing that number |
| Bonus if the upper section totals 63 or more | 35 |
63 is what you get from three of each number.
Lower section
| Three of a kind | total of all five dice |
| Four of a kind | total of all five dice |
| Full house (three of one, two of another) | 25 |
| Small straight (four in a row) | 30 |
| Large straight (five in a row) | 40 |
| Five of a kind | 50 |
| Chance (anything) | total of all five dice |
Extra five of a kind
If you roll five of a kind again after scoring 50 in that box, you get a 100-point bonus. You still fill another box, and you can use the roll as a full house or straight for full points.
Winning
After 13 turns each, the highest total wins.
