A rummy game for 2 to 8 players where you score for the cards you lay down and lose points for the cards stuck in your hand. Use one deck for up to 4 players and two decks for more.
Setup
- Deal 13 cards each with 2 players, or 7 each with 3 or more.
- Turn one card face up to start the discard pile and put the rest face down as the stock.
Your turn
- Draw the top card of the stock, or take one or more cards from the discard pile. If you take from the pile, you must take every card above the one you want and use that bottom card in a meld right away.
- Lay down any melds you can: three or four of a kind, or runs of three or more cards in the same suit.
- You can also lay off single cards onto any meld already on the table, including other players' melds.
- End your turn by discarding one card.
End of a hand
The hand ends when someone plays or discards their last card, or the stock runs out.
